What happens during in person postpartum doula time?

Since every postpartum is unique and the needs of individual families vary, we always consult prior to meeting in person to discover what optimal care looks like for your family. In person doula care may include support such as:

  • feeding (breast/bottle support & education)

  • Setting up of pumps, sanitizing, and flange fitting

  • Baby wearing education & support

  • Nursery set up & restock (restocking diapers, nursing caddies, etc)

  • Light housework & dishes (folding baby laundry, doing dishes, washing bottles)

  • Newborn care education & support

  • Tending to mom while baby naps with snacks, light massage, and emotional support

  • Tending to newborns while mom sleeps, showers, or takes some time for herself

  • Plays with & entertains other siblings while caregivers tend for newborn

  • Running errands for caregivers when appropriate (groceries, dry cleaning, etc)

  • Connecting caregivers to community resources such as IBCLCs, pelvic floor therapists, perinatal therapists, pediatric dentists, etc

Flora

Flora includes 2 hours of in home postpartum doula care plus one virtual prenatal consultation. This package includes text/email doula care for six months postpartum, a biological infant sleep guide, and access to my Breastfeeding 101 class for free! Travel included within 35mi from Gardner MA. $200*

Fauna

Fauna includes 4 hours of in home postpartum doula care. Two prenatal consultations plus unlimited text/email access for 6 months after in person care. This package includes also includes a biological infant sleep guide, and access to my Breastfeeding 101 class for free! Travel included within 35mi of Gardner MA. $450*

Solstice

Solstice includes 6 hours of in person postpartum care, two prenatal consultations plus unlimited text/email access for 6 months after in person care. This package includes also includes a biological infant sleep guide, and access to my Breastfeeding 101 class for free! Travel included within 35mi of Gardner MA. $550*

Equinox

Equinox includes 8 hours of in person postpartum care, unlimited prenatal consultations plus unlimited text/email access for 1 year after in person care. This package includes also includes a biological infant sleep guide, The Mini Nutrition Plan, and access to my Breastfeeding 101 class for free! Equinox clients also receive 10% off breastmilk jewelry (if interested). Travel included within 35mi of Gardner MA. $700

Mini Nutrition Plan

The mini nutrition plan is perfect for women who need nutrient dense meal ideas & support on a budget! This plan comes with a guide of over 50 meal & snack ideas, 10 recipes, pantry staple guide, protein measurement guide, a custom macro calculation based on your current stage in matrescence and activity level, and one email where you can ask any personal questions about nutritional needs, supplementation, and more! $60

The Nurture Network: PDF Guide

The Nurture Network PDF guide is a comprehensive guide on all things postpartum! Included in this guide are hospital bag prep lists for mom, baby, and partner, how to make a newborn caddy, infant sleep expectations, infant breastfeeding expectations, maternal healing support, how to spot postpartum mood disorders and postpartum related complications, and more! $20

The Nurture Network: DOULA ON CALL

The Nurture Network: DOULA ON CALL is an affordable alternative to in person postpartum care. Included in this service is the Nurture Network PDF guide which contains hospital bag prep lists for mom, baby, and partner, how to make a newborn caddy, infant sleep expectations, infant breastfeeding expectations, maternal healing support, how to spot postpartum mood disorders and postpartum related complications, and more! Doula on call also includes text support for six months postpartum where you have access to ask me for any questions or concerns that come up in real time during postpartum $85

Perinatal Nutrition Plans

During our prenatal or postpartum nutrition consultations, we will go over your current stage of matrescence (preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum) and what nutrients and foods will serve you best. We will take into consideration your food budget, current diet, likes/dislikes, and allotted time for meal prep to come up with a 30 day meal plan to suit your needs best! Price includes initial virtual consultation, meal plan, follow up virtual consultation, and text/email access for 60 days! This plan also comes with a guide of over 50 meal & snack ideas, 10 recipes, pantry staple guide, and a protein measurement guide $375

Nurture Meals

Whether you’re preparing for a new baby, trying to conceive, pregnant and exhausted, postpartum, or already a busy parent, having nutrient dense, quick meals available for your convenience is a must. Sometimes, doing the work of stocking our own freezer just isn’t possible or practical. Let me do the work for you! No shopping, cooking, or clean up for you! Amount of meals varies by budget (price includes mileage within 20 mi of Gardner, MA). $275 + cost of groceries

Virtual Consultations

In a virtual consultation, we can address any questions or concerns you may be having during your postpartum. Nothing is off the table! Think: feeding support, connecting you with local resources, babywearing advice, infant sleep, and more! $55/hr*

Hourly Rate

If you’re just looking for a few hours of support here and there, or you are booking support while you’re already in the postpartum stage and cannot take advantage of all the prenatal freebies, hourly is for you! If you are more than 30 minutes from Gardner MA you may be subject to a small mileage fee but will be agreed upon with the doula ahead of time $75/hr

Birth Space Work Mentoring Program

Interested in becoming a birth space worker? Whether you’re already a well established doula or you’d like to become one, this program is for you! This is a one hour, 1:1 mentoring session (in person or virtual) with me- where we talk all things certification, attracting your dream clients, marketing, back of the house duties (such as bookkeeping and maintaining LLCs/businesses), and make a livable wage as a birth space worker. $125
